I'm an instructional Designer with over 20 years in the wild and wonderful world of Learning and Development. From insurance and finance to higher education, construction, and rail, if it moves (money, minds, or trains), I’ve probably helped someone learn how to handle it better. 

 

I’ve led a learning design and systems team, blending strategy, creativity, and technology to craft learning experiences people actually remember, in a good way. These days, I’m focusing on leading myself: diving deeper into the craft, exploring new tools, and finding joy in creating without the org chart.

 

I’m fluent in Articulate 360, comfortable across Adobe Creative Cloud, and always exploring emerging tech like AR/VR where it adds genuine value to the learner experience. As a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, I use storytelling, curiosity, and a touch of play to help people see learning differently.

 

Above all, I’m a lifelong learner, curious, hands-on, and a firm believer that great learning shouldn’t feel like a task to tick off, but a spark that sticks.
